M in the first part number seems to indicate the ATCC caps also have 20% tolerance.

Both of these caps seem to have 1.9 Ohm ESR as well.

If there was a change of tolerance in a lower value cap, I would be more concerned about the chance for voltage dips occurring on VCC. Since they are higher than the typical 4.7-uF caps, this wouldn't concern me as much.

These caps seem like good alternatives. They have a good rated voltage of 16-V for a VCC up to 3.6-V, so the effective capacitance should be much better than a 6-V rated cap.
