MSP430F2619S-HT: Power Consumption at 3.3V 32.768kHz

Hi, I would like to know what is the power consumption for running this IC at 32.768 kHz with 3.3V? Datasheet stated that this device will consume: Active Mode: 365 μA at 1 MHz, 2.2 V.

    Hello Tu Nguyen,

    We won't be able to give power specifications for scenarios outside what the datasheet has specified. That being said, the datasheet also lists values for 100kHz and 4kHz. Extrapolating from this data, I would expect around 20-30 uA assuming similar settings and conditions and a linear scale. 

    Of course you can get your total average current, and thus power, down by utilizing the LPM modes within your application.
