Error connecting to the target: Unknown device occurs when the MSP430F5529LP MCU uses CCS software to debug.

At the same time, MSP430F5529LP MCU LED101 flashing red.

Hi Chong,

Is there a chance that the target device has been damaged? Have they tried using a recent CCS version?

This LED is related to the emulator device, not the target device. To learn more about the emulator, refer to the MSP Debuggers User's Guide.
