Hi all,

We have concern about one of your devices, microcontroller MSP430F5659IZCA.

We’ve just added it to our manufacturing process due to a obsolescence of MSP430F5659IZQW.

However, the datasheet doesn’t specify the type of ball material that we have to use in this case.

Datasheet only specify that we have to call TI for this information, picture below. Just in case, datasheet is attached.

Could you please share with me this information?

Yes, I have a contact. I asked her but she is on vacation rigth now and it is really urgent matter.
