MSP430F5659: Flash memory data in the MCU is erased

Part Number: MSP430F5659

The flash memory data inside the MCU (MSP430F5659) installed in the transceiver has been erased.
We are investigating the cause of the event without intentionally controlling it from the outside. If the following occurs, let me check if there is a possibility that the memory data like this one will be erased.
(1) When spike noise or the like is superimposed on the power supply voltage (AVCC or DVCC)
(2) When a level exceeding the absolute rating (-0.3V or less or + 4.1V or more) is applied to the power supply voltage (AVCC or DVCC)
(For example, even if it slightly exceeds the absolute rating such as -0.4V or + 4.2V)

Also, please tell us about other possible factors.
