Hello, 

I am trying to interface the NIC Card with the EVMi2040S, so please guide me into this. (Please provide stepwise details) 

Also is there requirement of connection of pins other than Rx,Tx,VCC and GND in between card and EVM ? (In between 16 pin JTAG of NIC and 14 pin JTAG of EVM)
