MSP430G2402: use MSP430G2452IPW14 as a replacement for MSP430G2402IPW14?

In addition, customer understand that the G2452IPW14 has an ADC and Comparator. But if they don't use it on the G2402IPW14, they are hoping that it would be pin to pin and software compatible. Allowing them to pay more for the G2452IPW14, but no required changes on any PCB or firmware code.
