MSP430FR2633: the effect on sensitivity

The hatched ground will affect the parasitic capacitance especially in self mode.  The more dense hatched ground the more parasitic capacitance. The parasitic capacitance will reduce touch sensitivity.

If there is a 25% filled hatched ground pour on layer 3 (preferred),
How much does the MCU and other components mounted directly under the sensor affect the sensitivity?

If there is no high frequency signal, it should be no problem. If there are high frequency signal near by the touch sensor or trace, it will introduce noise into the touch signal
