A customer would like to use an OpenMSP430 device. With this case, the license for MSP430 is applicable?
They need to confirm about the license condition in the"MSP430_RTS_20.2.0.LTS_manifest.html" and "MSP430_RTS_20_2_0_LTS_561e8470-0475-450e-b6b0-81bf4ea4705a.spdx" with OpenMSP430.
For example, it says that -- TI Text File License -- "any redistribution and use are licensed by TI for use only with TI Devices."
Does OpenMSP430 belong to TI Devices?
