Hello,

Error #10269: output file "tst.out" exceeds code size limit tst C/C++ Problem

How do I upgrade the license for the TI MSP430 compiler? I'm running the validated configuration: Ubuntu 12.04, CCS 6.1.3, TI-RTOS-2.20.00.06.

Hi David,

Please update CCS version, CCS(after version 9.0) is free to use.

Hi, Johnson,

If only it were so simple! The problem is Versionittis. The latest version of CCS compatible with a version of TI-RTOS that supports MSP430 is CCS 6.1.3. I can not update CCS without losing TI-RTOS: Ref: http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_sb/targetcontent/tirtos/index.html

There was, and still must be, available an upgraded TI Compiler license.

Please advise.
