MSP430F5659: Clarifications with capacitive load

Hi Experts,

Good day.

We are wondering if driving a capacitive load with my DAC could possibly harm the MSP. With a reduced slew rate, the DAC signal looks good but client is driving it from 160pF to 400pF, where the DAC output spec's is limited to 100pF.

Any thoughts?
