Please let me confirm the marking information on the back of the device package.
In the following two devices, the direction of the marking is different by 180°.
Model number: MSP430F2121IPW, TSSOP(PW) | 20
The product that my customer originally had in stock: "G3G".
The product that my customer's newly purchased: "F3B".
Could you please explain this difference?
Is there any possibility that there will be a difference in the electrical characteristics of the devices?
The marking information on the package surface can be found in "MSP430F2121 Device Erratasheet (Rev. J)". However, I can't find the information on the back of the package.
Also, we apologize for the inconvenience, but our production plan is being affected. We would appreciate an answer as soon as possible.
