My msp4305529 will not turn on the LEDs. The M430f5528 chip heats up when plugged in and seems like if plugged in for 1 minute straight the chip would be fried. It was not always like this, I have had it for 2 months and this is the first time its done this. Does this mean something has shorted out inside?
