MSPCAPTDSNCTR: How to manually uninstall Captivate Design Center from macOS?

My installation of Captivate Design Center seems have become corrupted. The window contents do not correctly draw. Uninstalling (deleting /Applications/ti/msp/CapTIvateDesignCenter_1.83.00.08/) and reinstalling does not resolve the problem. I have the latest JRE/JDK installed and am running macOS Catalina. What else needs to be done to perform a complete uninstall of Captivate Design Center?

Is there not an Uninstall_CapTIvateDesignCenter.exe in the same folder as the normal .exe? Depending on where you installed the CaptivateDesignCenter all the programs should be in the same spot. You should be able to just run the uninstaller.

Thanks, I ran the uninstaller, then reinstalled, but it did not resolve the problem I'm seeing. This is what Captivate Design Center looks like upon launching it immediately after reinstallation. The control objects only draw when the mouse floats over them. It's otherwise just a grey blank window.
