MSP430AFE253: Maximum input voltage issue

The customer would like to know if the 24-bit ADC and PGA of msp430 can achieve current accuracy of 1 ma to 1000 ma. And is there any example or documents of one-in-a-thousand accuracy, or how to achieve it?
