MSP430F1121A: Recommended timing crystal ESR

Hi there,

We're currently designing a new board, and I was wondering what effect the timing crystal load capacitance and ESR had on the MSP. I've been reading the datasheet, and I believe the load capacitance should be 6pF without external caps, however, I can't find much about recommended ESR.

Would a timing crystal with 90k ESR work just as well as one with 50k?
