What is the latest revision of MSP430F5172IRSB?

Customers have Rev. C and D, but they can't tell the difference.

Based on the information I saw, it seem the version D just make some production test parameters for REF and there is no change with the hardware.

Hi Gary,

Thank you for your reply. If we buy this chip now(TI Store), is it rev. D? Rev.D chips don't seem to be recognized by FlashPro430.

I think it should be the latest version as you know the lack of chips all over the world. And the version D start from 2016. Yes the debugger can't distinguish the device version.
