MSP430FR2475: Unable to flash the device

Hi Experts,

Our customer is having a problem flashing the device MSP430FR2475 using EXP430FR2355 board via the JTAG pins TDIO/TCK using the MSPflasher tool.

Here is the full error message:

HI Marvin, do you have a 47K pull up resistor to VDD and a 1nF cap to ground connected to the MCU RST pin-1, (JTAG-TDO/TDI)?

I don't see MSPFlasher call line with arguments. What FET is used and how JTAG interface is selected?

Thanks Marvin,

Also, can you ask it if this had worked in the past and now it is problematic, or is the first time using MSP-Flasher.

The other thing the customer can try is to use Uniflash. It is the recommended tool to use over the MSP-Flasher.
