MSP430FG6626: Crystal Load Capacitance and maximum sink current

Part Number: MSP430FG6626

Selected MSP430FG6626IPZ for my keypad project.

1. I would like to drive an optocoupler by the port pin of the MCU, how much current the MCU can sink to drive the optocoupler LED.

2. How much capacitor value should be there on XIN and XOUT if AB26T-32.768KHZ crystal of ABRACON make is connected?

3. How much capacitor value should be there on XT2OUT and XT2IN if ABL-12.000MHZ-B2 crystal of ABRACON make is connected?

    Please check PxDS Register on UG and Outputs, Reduced Drive Strength (PxDS.y = 0) is ~20mA and Outputs, Full Drive Strength (PxDS.y = 1) is ~50mA
