Hi team,
Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:
When using SD24_A, it was found that in the case of input short, the value in the output register should theoretically be near 0, but the actual situation was around 65470, with a negative offset voltage. The actual ADC value is then calibrated with an external short. SD24_A in the MSP430AFE253 supports internal short calibration offset.
The Ax.7 channel is an internally shorted channel specifically designed to detect offset. The correct actual value can be obtained by first detecting the offset of the Ax.7 channel and then removing the offset from the measured value, but this method is to be verified.
Could you help check this case? Thanks.
Best Regards,
Cherry
