MSP430FR6043: How to set parameters to accurately sample the signal

Hi team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

The customer would like to sample accurately what the transducer is receiving:

1) What parameters are associated with the sample time window?

2) What parameters are affected by USS_CAPTURE_DURATION_USEC, USS_START_CAPTURE_SEC, USS_ADC_SAMP_COUNT_SEC? Are they related to each other?

3) How is the size of the sampling window determined?

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

Hi Cherry,

For Q1: 1) What parameters are associated with the sample time window?

This parameter affect by distance between T1 and T2, pulse number.

For Q2: 2) What parameters are affected by USS_CAPTURE_DURATION_USEC, USS_START_CAPTURE_SEC, USS_ADC_SAMP_COUNT_SEC? Are they related to each other?

Same as with Q1

For Q3: 3) How is the size of the sampling window determined?

This depend on pulse number, you have to capture the whole waveform.
