I would recommend reading through the MSP Academy: I2C Communication. To answer your question specifically, take a look at the function initGPIO() in the code example msp430fr243x_eusci_i2c_standard_slave.c. This function sets the PxSEL0 and PxSEL1 registers to connect the I2C peripheral to the pins. You can determine how to set PxSELy based on Table 6-19 in the datasheet.

My problem is that in msp430f67651a port 1.4 & port 1.5 is work as a uart/spi communication so how can I am migrate this pin work as a i2c communication.

Can you please clarify which part you are trying to configure? You have listed to in the post above. 

Also, neither of those devices have the ability to route UART, SPI or I2C to those pins, see table 4-3 in the datasheet. 

Can you please double check everything to make sure we are referring to the same thing?
