MSP430F5438A-EP: Is this decoupling capacitor ?

Part Number: MSP430F5438A-EP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430F5438A-ET, MSP430F5529, MSP-EXP430F5529LP

Hello, Ti

I'm a  beginner who just started designing MCU.

Anyway,

1. I'm wonder is this a decouling capacitor and same paracite capacitor?

    Also, is  this called to a parasite capacitor ?

2. How to know a capacitor value ? (Point DVCC - DVSS and Point AVCC - AVSS)

I saw  datasheet of MSP430F5438AM. So i think  CDVCC >= 4.7uF. but i couldn't see CAVCC information.

  7.2 Recommended Operating Condidtions

Most  MCUs are designed 100nF or 10nF in DVCC-DVSS.

Where can I find this information?
