CCSTUDIO-MSP: Run/Stop buttons greyed out when re-loading program

Team,

A customer of mine is using CCS 11.2. But they now have an issue on 4 PCs: after the program was running for the first time, they terminate the debug session, recompile the program, it gets reloaded, but then the play/stop buttons are greyed out. No debugging is possible, even if the load was successful without any error message. 

Is this a known issue?
