MSP430F67471A: Acceptable clock speed for flash read and write during runtime

Part Number: MSP430F67471A

I have firmware on a MSP430F67471A running at 25 MHz. I would like to write to flash memory during runtime (both information memory and main memory). I have seen that other MSP430 have limits on clock speeds during flash write operations, but I am unable to locate the clock requirements when writing to flash for the MSP430F67471A.

Questions:

Is the MCLK the clock used for flash write operations?

Does the MSP430F67471A have a requirement for clock speed for flash writes? (I found a clock spec on marginal read mode , shown below, but I don't think this is the spec I am looking for).

I've focused on writing to flash since it seems reading from flash can happen at max MCLK (25MHz in this case). Please correct this assumption if it is wrong.

Thanks.
