MSP430FR59941: MSP430FR59941 , 1.8V power supply compliance

Part Number: MSP430FR59941
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430FR5994

Hello TI team,

I am hiring an ultra low power micro controller with 256MB Flah/RAM, 45 GPIOs, BGA package, 2xI2C, 6xADC, RTC, AES, 1.8V.

I was happy to find the 16 bit CPU MSP520 family. In particulary the MSP430FR59941 that fullfill the specification except  for the1.8V power supply. My conclusion (datasheet + forum sources), this micro controller is not fully 1.8V compliant (even if the SVS VS may be bypassed and seting VCC at 2V at the power up). Min voltage is 1.8v (and not 1.8V-105%, thre is no margin) according to the datasheet.

So do you have a product line with same power consumation in LPM3.5 as MSP430FR59941 but working with a true 1.8V power supply ?

Or maybe you have some arguments to change my mind for going back to MSP520 family (with 1.8V power supply).

Thanks and regards,

nicolas
