Hi Team, seeking for some support.
According to our customer, the UART seems not functioning there board. Here are the details step that they performed.
Hookup Steps":
1) Plug board into the computer via the provided microUSB cable
2) Open CCStudio
3) Build any program that uses UART
4) Open a Serial Terminal session
5) Run the code
What they did:
1) Hooked up and ran it on my Macbook
1a) Using "cu" in terminal - no data
1c) Using the serial terminal built into CCStudio - no data
1b) Using "screen" in terminal - no data
2) Hooked up to a windows computer
2a) Using PuTTY - no data
2b) Using CCStudio terminal - no data
3) Swapped boards with a classmate and hooked up to computer is '2'
3a) CCStudio - serial worked fine. No changes to program.
4) Used swap board on macbook
4b) CCStudio terminal works.
Hoping for further steps on how to troubleshoot.
