Hi,

I am working on a custom board using msp430fr5969, the device is working fine for more than a year, but suddenly the microcontroller is unable to program through JTAG.

Hi sasi,

Have you try use SBW interface to download image?(just need SBWCLK, SBWTDIO)

And does BSL be able to access this part?

Hi Johnson,

we can try the SBW interface also, my requirement is why the JTAG has failed in the microcontroller since working for a longer time

Hi Sasi,

Does this MCU function is run normal?

If yes, I guess maybe some resons here:

Download wires too long
Some unstable contacts appear on the download line

the MCU is functioning fine.

the resistor was damaged after replacement it is working fine
