MSP430FR6989: Extended scan interface kit MSP-EXP430FR6989.

Hi all,

I tried to test firmware TIDM-3LC-WATERMTR with kit MSP-EXP430FR6989. But when i tried to test, the signal from  ESICH0,  ESICH1,  ESICH2 was very strange. I use coil 100uH and capacitor 1nF. I tried to remove coil and capacitor, nothing to change (the signal is similar).
