If you have specific questions about the device and how to use it, we can answer them here. That being said, I see your tags are related to radiation and space, so my assumption here is your questions relate to that. If so, your chosen MSP430F4152 is only rated for industrial environments and may not perform correctly or to datasheet specifications when subjugated to radiation or "space" environments.
We do have an MCU that would be more appropriate for that type of environment. See MSP430FR5969-SP

Thank you for your answer.
I would like to investigate the radiation effects on MSP430 COTS. For that I will achieve radiation tests and the DUT's should be MSP430 devices from wafers which manufacturing process has small differences. I will need then the mentioned devices and details about the manufacturing process. As you can see is not a standard use of MSP430 COTS. At the end of my study I will share the results with TI.
I can give for sure more details about the project later.
