MSP430FR5969: Using MSP430-BSL to program

We have been using the MSP-FET Flash emulation tool to program our boards, but these are no longer in stock so we though to try the MSP430-BSL rocket. 

Can these be used to program blank MSP430FR5969 using MSPFlasher in the same way as the MSP-FET?
