MSP430FR2311: Program failed both SBW and BSL mode

I mass-produced a batch of products, using MSP430FR2311IPW16R. Use MSP-GANG to burn, burn 8 pieces each time, Unfortunately, many program failed.

So, I made the simplest circuit board, which only includes a chip and a reset resistor and capacitor, and it cannot be programmed. After replacing the chip, it can be burned.

I used an oscilloscope and a logic analyzer to record the waveform of the FET430 during programming. (See the appendix for the wave file record.)

Hi,

It might related to the downloading lines are too long. Do you have a whole picture of how you connect your board with the programmer?
