MSP430F2274: Interrupt vector changes during operation & causes system boot fail

Part Number: MSP430F2274

Hello,

Need some advice for MCU fail investigation - After working for some time on some cards, a part of the flash interrupt vector is altert. As a result, the system stops functioning.
1. Do you know such a problem?
2.  Are there any initiated writes from TI's side at runtime to the interrupts vector area at flash?
3 . Are there any system functions whose use writes to the flash interrupt vector?

4. Any HW issue that can cause such phenomenon ?

Thanks
