MSP430FR4133: GPIO pins output voltage

Part Number: MSP430FR4133

I am trying to write C software to programme the MSP430 so that I can create a data signal for the WS2812b LED strip. The data pulses are required to have an amplitude in the range of 3.7 V to 5.3 V. Since im using a GPIO pin for to output this signal, I think I will need a level shifter to step up this pulse. However, im not sure what the output voltage of these GPIO pins are even after looking at the data sheet. Is the output voltage 1.8 V or 3.3 V? Also are there voltage shifters that I can use to configure the output voltage of these pins?

Any advice here is appreciated. Not posted on this forum before so let me know if any more information is needed!
