MSP430F5500: which MSP430 siries that have USB most recommanded device

I am choosing MSP430 that have USB for new designe.

Candidates are as follows,

1.MSP430F5500 to F5510 series

2.MSP430F5513 to F5529 series

3.MSP430F563x series

4.MSP430F565x series

Q1:They are each have very similer pherperals, There are separete DS by product generation?

Q2:which series is best for new designe ? From a deliverly time, Life time, bugs.

Hello Susan,

We will use USB x1, serial Communication(SPI,UART) x2 ,and GPIOs.

And MSP430 is enough CPU processing speed.

Is there not any such thing as generation in MSP430F5xx?

USB hardware module is the same for all. MSP430F55x maximum clock is 25 MHz, while MSP430F56x is limited to 20 MHz. Select one that is available, have enough pins and peripherals, and low price.
