The development board can be charged normally when plugged into the computer, but the computer cannot scan the device, the computer version has been updated to Win 11, but it still cannot be scanned, please help confirm what is the situation

    Hi,

    As you showed in the video, the hardware connection of the EVM is correct. The error is the computer can NOT recognize USB device.

    I suggest you try it with CCS and see whether it can update firmware of ez-FET, or install necessary low-level drivers of USB interface.

    If doesn't work, please try MSPDS Driver or library | TI.com to update firmware.
