MSP430F5324: sample and mass materials silk screen

Hi Raymond,

You can see the importance of the silkscreen markers on our errata page. It looks like you have 2 different revisions, with the K version being the latest revision. There are some differences in the revisions with relevant errata so I recommend checking that document for the full list.

Did you get these parts directly from TI? I would assume so but I want to verify.

To me, the first image looks to be in better focus so its hard to tell if those holes are gone or just out of focus. 

It will take me a bit to loop in the correct people that know this information. If you could get a clearer image to guarantee these holes it would be much appreciated.

Hi Raymond,

Those are lot trace codes to help identify where the product came from. After talking with our packaging team for the VQFN package the devices look standard.

Are you experiencing any issues with the device that is causing these questions?

thanks luke，my customer steel-mate，they need check the chip product date or other info freely thought lot trace num by themselves，make it easy for them to check the status of the chip at any time，so is the any way to check status though silk creen info or lot trace num?thanks in advance~
