Hello,

our new MSP-EXP430FR5969 board required ezFET firmware update at first usage with CCS.

Now the board is completely bricked, i.e. is not detected on USB anymore.

I suspect it must be reflashed (I could have an MSP-FET as loan) , however I need to know:

- what firmware shall be loaded

- how should I connect the MSP-FET to the board

I guss maybe you connect USB HUB to update eZ-FET firmware, there are some risk to update fail:

If board is not USB detected on PC side, and on board hardware is OK, only way to recover it (back to factory state) is to (re)flash eZ-FET master device (MSP430F5528) by another functional (eZ)FET master and MSP-Flasher (for example) on PC side. There are SBW / JTAG test points on eZ-FET side on PCB near jumpers for master eZ-FET device. I have only binary for 5529 LP, but I guess someone that have topic LP can dump binary and attach it here. Anyway MSP Debug Stack is open source that can be compiled by IAR with selected features for topic LP, but it is more complicated way.
