MSP430 and TMP124 help

Have you checked out the Chronos dev kit?  http://www.ti.com/tool/ez430-chronos

It has demo applications that send temperature as well as other data via a wireless link. It might be a good starting point for you.

Before getting into any MSP430 specifics, you need to think about your specific requirements & constraints and how you want to achieve this; eg,

• Each sensor (or group of sensors) wired direct to the PC;
• Sensors wired together somehow (chain/loop/star/1-Wire^TM/etc) with a single connection to the PC;
• Using some existing infrastructure (LAN, WiFi, mains, phone);
• Developing some special-to-purpose wireless link;
• etc, etc,...

Display data on the PC?

That really has nothing to do with the MSP430!
