Please provide max junction temperature for part MSP430F135IPM. Also where can we directly find Mam Junction temperature for all the parts where it is not provided clearly in the part datasheet. Is there any common Tj(Max) to be considered for all such parts?

Hello Poonam,

My understanding is that for all practical purposes, Tj = Ta on MSP430 devices. This is mainly because MSP430 devices are quite low power with very little self heating.
