Where you download the software, in the Elprotronic?

Can you share the version you are using, I find below download pages:

I tried to download from the below page.

And, as your mention, I tried to download from below page.

https://content.elprotronic.ca/downloads/FET-LITE-win.zip

But, same error message appeared.

My laptop OS is windows 10 Pro.

Hi Takayama,

Let me try it with my PC to see any issues.

What I think is there might miss some xx.dll library for this. If so, I think you need contact the Elprotronic for further support.

I will get back early next week.

So, there might be related to your PC, maybe your IT automatically delete something and make it unavailable.
