I cannot get the MSP-FET to work on a windows ARM64 laptop. I have tried everything, downloading MSP-FET drivers, installing manually, compatibility mode, disabling windows driver enforcement and more. It leads me to believe that the MSP-FET will not work with a Windows ARM64 laptop. I found a thread in 2024 which mentioned compatability with ARM 64 windows was unlikely. Can someone confirm if the MSP-FET works with a Windows ARM 64 computer. If not what TI programmer/emulator will work with Windows ARM64 computers.

Hi Johnson and thanks for the advise. I have already tried the dirvers you suggest without success. The Windows ARM64 based laptop will not work these drivers, and my advise from TI is they have no plans to release a Windows ARM64 driver. With the surge in Windows ARM64 laptops perhaps they will have to provide driver support in the future. For now I will have to switch to a processor that offer support for Windows ARM64.

Perhaps it's time to consider Atmel/Microchip products! These MSP-FET programmers are junk! Read my post from today.

I have had these MSP-FET problems for a year now.

It's sad the TI makes some great microcontrollers and development software. But they can't provide a reliable hardware programmer. This issue needs to land on some senior VPs desk who has stock options. That might get some action.

Thanks to all for the suggestions. Sadly it is time to move away from TI microprocessors due to lack of support.
