sir we are using MSP430F4351,
we are going to use LCD SBLCDA2D, it is 4MUx
my doubt is, how are the connection at R33, RR23, R13, R03, is it just like connecting resistor bank and R03 to gnd.
do ineed to give the Vcc at R33 pin as shown, or there is no need?

so As MSP430FG4618 has internal restor bias, but i am using MSP430F4351, which do not have.
so forming this resistor devider network. i just want to knoe that, do i need to connect Vcc at R33 as shown above. just connect R33 to resistor network, with No Vcc
will this bias the LCD? with no Vcc

Hi rohit,
the R33 device pin is a switched-VCC output, therefore don't connect it to VCC externally. Also, please see the section "LCD Voltage Generation" in the MSP430F4xx Family User's Guide for more info on this feature.
The block schematic in the UG also shows the R33 pin as an output:
Connecting the upper end of the resistor ladder to pin R33 also allows you to switch the output via the LCDON bit - allowing you to conserve additional current in case the LCD is not needed.
