The website and datasheet show that the "Hardware UART or I2C Bootstrap Loader (BSL)", but the latest BSL user guide SLAU319c did not mention anything about I2C. Any doc to support this feature?

There is a mistake in the data sheet either on page 1 (should not include I2C?) or page 24 (should include I2C?).
MSP430FR573x, MSP430FR572x Mixed Signal Microcontroller (Rev. D) (PDF , 1202 KB) 08 Aug 2012
I have submitted a request for this to be reviewed and corrected.
The most clear explanation of the MSP430 bootstrap loader I've found is in this document
Contactless NFC Bootstrap Loader (BSL) Using MSP430 and TRF7970A
The BSL in the MSP430FR5726 is in ROM (see memory organization in data sheet). Therefore it is not customizable like it can be for 5 series and 6 series parts. For example, the BSL is shown to be in flash in the memory organization for the MSP430F6736.
There are plenty of mistakes and misinformation everywhere in “the website and datasheet”.
But as far as MSP430FR5726 is concerned, the phrase "Hardware UART or I2C Bootstrap Loader (BSL)" is just somewhat misleading. Had it said "Hardware UART and I2C Bootstrap Loader (BSL)" then it would be a blatant mistake. MSP430FR5726 does have a UART Bootstrap Loader but no I2C Bootstrap Loader.
