MSP430F2112, about crystal connect to pin XIN & XOUT

I'm developing MSP430F2112 now, and I connect 32768Hz crystal to pin XIN & XOUT. I have give the chip power 3.3V and it can debug, but the crystal is no quake. I try to change the crystal & MSP430F2112, and it still not work. What should I do that let is work!?

By default, the 2x family clock system is configured for 6pF effective load capacitance for the crystal. It migh tbe necessary to change the setting for a higher load capacitane. This depends on the crystal.

See the description of the XCAPx bits at BCSCTL3 register in teh 2x family users guide.
