I recently acquired two EVM430-F47197 3 ph e-meters which I hope to connect to two tmdsplckitV3 PLC modems. I have had some success with the modems but am having a problem connecting to the EVM430-F47197.
After powering the an e-meter it seems to be operating normally. It cycles through the readings. The Application Report I have, SLAA409A has a V4.0 calibration.exe application. Using this software I have tried to communicate to the unit but after pressing the green Comms button the meter status page appears but does not respond. I am running Windows 7 on this PC and have tried changing different compatibility modes on calibrator.exe. I'm hoping someone has had this issue and can help me.
