Dear Sir,

I have 2 request about internal components ( Rf, Rd, Cg , Cd) of MSP430F67xx series.

1. We looking for values of internal components (Rf, Rd, Cg  and Cd) on IC MSP430F6779  for the matching test. Any advise please?

2. We would like to know internal components ( Rf, Rd, Cg , Cd) of  MSP430F6747, MSP430F6777, MSP430F6779 are same or not?

    I suspect that TI does not have a tight control of those. They may be fab house dependent and lot number dependent.

    Since it is a controlled Pierce Oscillator, with selectable driving strength and selectable load capacitance, I doubt your circuit shows the real internals, and so the request for the values is rather pointless.

    Some information is found in the application notes SLAA423.pdf and SLAA322b.pdf.
