Dose the MSP430 has CDC driver or any terminal for serial communication from PC?

Also is their an option of the manufacturer bootloader preloaded on UC production?

The MSP430 USB Developers Package has numerous examples, including CDC for virtual serial port communication to the PC.

Most MSP430's come preloaded with a bootloader (called the BSL), including all F5xx/6xx devices. Most BSLs are UART based, but on USB devices, the included bootloader is a USB BSL. This Processors Wiki page is a good starting point for all things BSL on the MSP430, including the USB bootloader.
