MSP430 Flasher exe closes

I have installed the MSP430 Flasher 1.3.1 with its drivers.

After complete installation, I didnt get any shortcut icon on Desktop; so I doubt on installation setup; then I removed and installed again but same thing happens.

Then I started from its folder location on drive: C:\ti\MSP430Flasher_1.3.3 and executes the application then its Window of application is closes immediately after open.

I could not able to see the application as its closes immediately.

    It's a console application that requires commandline parameters. If you don't pass any parameters, it will exit with an error message, which you don't see if you don't start it form a console. Open CMD.exe, then start the program by going to its installation folder and typing its name. You'll see what it has to tell you.
    The program is meant or batch processing. For being called by an installation script or a makefile. It has no UI for picking the file to flash by a menu or so. Hence no shortcut icon.
