Energy Meter Code Library

Hi,

I'm testing this sub-meter http://www.ti.com/tool/TIDM-ENERGY-WATCHDOG  to verify a texas energy measurement library to use in a internal product.

I use a Yokogawa WT330 digital Power Meter to compare the results of measurement.

The problems are:

- This product isn't ok to measure power factor of any product with use switching power supply but It's ok to everyelse. Example: It's ok to measure a lamp consume or motor consume, but its wrong to measure a laptop.

- In current measurement, it's ok to current <= 3.5A, but wrong for larger currents. As the current increases, the measurement indicates current becoming smaller.

Anyone experienced this problem?

Thanks in advance,
